2024 Review
I am updating my previous (2021) review of Peter Paredero because of a terrific recent experience I had. Peter guided me through the adventure of preparing and marketing an estate property that had been in the family over 50 years.

Peter’s patience and wise counsel helped me decide what expenses were likely to add value and increase the sale price and which were likely a waste of money. Peter’s experience and well-curated list of professionals made it easy to find contractors who did great work at a fair price. After many months on the project, we finally listed it and it sold promptly and substantially over asking price. We were able to compare several well-qualified offers and we were very pleased with the result.

If you have to prepare a house for sale, let Peter share his expertise. He communicates promptly and accurately, and he takes his responsibilities very seriously.

I am happy to recommend Peter Paredero as a highly-capable and excellent real estate agent.

We used Peter both to buy and sell our homes. First, we met with him and shared our requirements for a new house. He regularly sent us listings within our requirements and was happy to facilitate viewings for those that interested us. His keen eye saw issues we would have otherwise overlooked. It was invaluable to have his assistance when viewing houses. We saw about a dozen before finding the perfect place.

Peter also helped us prepare our financial package and be ready to “pull the trigger” on an offer when the time was right. Our bid (thanks to Peter’s guidance) beat nine other offers on the house we had to have.

When it came to selling our house, Peter helped identify areas that could help improve marketability and buyer-interest. Peter has a network of contractors, stagers, and landscapers who deliver quality, timely work at a fair price.

Our house was was in-contract in eight days. The money we invested in it yielded over 150% return. We were thrilled.

Working with Peter was like having a good friend who is an awesome real estate agent. He’s friendly, reasonable, communicates well, and gets his clients results. Great results!

Pete is the consummate professional. I had a rental property I wanted to sell. Pete met with me, did a walk-through, and let me know exactly what was going to need to be done to get the maximum possible price.
Being on the east coast, made organizing the repair work, signing contracts, etc. a little more difficult. Pete was able to recommend the appropriate contractors for each phase of the repairs and ensured that I was getting reasonable prices. Further, he helped coordinate the work when I was unable to be on the west coast and always kept me updated on the progress.
He presented 3 scenarios for the final asking price. We made a selection, at which point Pete reminded me to be patient, expecting it to be on the market a minimum of 2-3 weeks before we would get any movement. We had three offers in two days.
Thanks to Pete's diligence, hard work, and guidance, we walked away with an offer well over what we hoped to receive. Above all, Peter is extremely experienced and knowledgeable which you can tell by how sharp and accurate his insights are. When we finally found our home, he was just as relieved and happy as if he found his own home.

In summary: Peter is smart, knowledgeable, diligent, observant, resourceful, and insightful, and on top of all that he genuinely cares about your needs and he’s also very likable. Peter, I hope you sell 1000 homes this year because you deserve to be successful.
