Absolutely honest and trustworthy. I have dealt with Pat for almost 5 years.

I read a previous review and just don't believe it. The reviewer sounded like some princess who can't follow the rules or keep her word for anyone as evidenced by her failed relationships which she detailed in a public review.

Honesty is in short supply in this world.

I have never had trouble with Pat. When she was the HOA president she dealt with me fairly and honestly. Even the months when I got behind on the HOA fee because I didn't know about it. She now manages a property for me and I will trust her with any properties in the future. I have seen how she treats my renters as well as other renters fairly and honestly, she responds quickly and directly.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Renting from Perfect Fit Real Estate was ridiculous. The lease agreement was worse than my divorce papers. We were the best renters; never late on rent and left the house better than when we arrived. Sara begged us to rent from them because they had a hard time filling the home. The house was dirty when we arrived and yet she claimed it was professionally cleaned. When we vacated the home, according to the lease agreement the carpets needed to be professionally cleaned. Okay, fine, but when asked to provide a receipt when she claimed the carpets were professionally cleaned when we moved in, she avoided the question. Just received a bill for five windows that "supposedly" were broken that were either broken when we moved in or we didn't even know were broke. If they really were broke, it was because of the neglected dead trees. The yard was surrounded by very large dead trees. Every time the wind even slightly blew, there were branches all over the yard. We should not have been held responsible for broken windows that we did not have any control over why they broke. They are out to make ever dollar they possibly can regardless of how well you take care of the property. I owned a home for 20 years and know how to take care of home. They run like a business and you will be treated as such, no matter how good of renters you are. They will make every dollar and then some from you. Rent with caution and I can only assume it is the same when purchasing a home and using them as a realtor.
