This company was hired to do ADA bathrooms and ADA improvements and they have done the worst job. They don’t have any employees everybody is a 1099 and that subcontractor has a separate contract that’s not liable if they break anything so they leave it up to the facilities to fix their problems. Don’t ever hire this company change order.

Why would you send a construction crew out to start hammering at the crack of dawn on Saturday? I understand you may have to work for rude people from time to time, but that does not excuse you for your own rude behavior. Also, why would you be nailing tar paper out over wet OSB? Are you trying to seal the moisture in?
