Pelican Property Management has been an excellent management company at the condominium where I've lived for the past five years. When an outside payments vendor added a fee to our monthly payment, Pelican thoughtfully negotiated with another company to allow us to pay without the fee. In setting this process up, there was a glitch that prevented payments from being allocated correctly. It couldn't be fixed on my own, so I called the Pelican office and spoke with Kristy to get it straightened out. She could not have been more patient, kind and efficient. She sent me the needed link and walked me through the process to get the issue resolved. Thank you, Kristy! Pelican has a great team with employees like you.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Matt Cohen, our property manager. Recently, he helped me and my husband through a difficult water leak situation. He was our life line to getting things done properly. His knowledge and recommendations for finding the right people to fix the problem were invaluable. He stayed in regular communication with us as we had to navigate through all the insurance issues. We are home now thanks to his hard work and staying on top of the issue.

Julia is superb. She is authentic, precise, and available for all our needs. She cheerfully attends to the tiniest details. Her communication skills are excellent, and she is always prompt in responding to any requests or communications.
In my opinion, she is the best on site manager we have had in my 30 years at Oyster Cove.
