Your property manager from The View On 20th is a joke. The worst place to live. Lacy is a complete joke. Hire someone that actually works and not hides in there apartment upstairs. Good luck living in a hell hole with poor property management.

The property manger for the View is very irresponsible and unprofessional. PEG does not care about its teams and its residents the apartments built are cheaply made you can literally hear everything and everything breaks. Everything is just so cheap for the prices they ask. Run Not worth your money and time. Plus your property manager at the View on 20th is a complete mess. She’s on site but never in the office usually hiding upstairs in her unit. If you’re gonna have an onsite manager at least hire and pay someone to do their job properly.

By far the most unrepsonsive, uncaring company I've ever delt with. They don't care.

They're the owners of AVIA 110 in Overland Park, KS and I just wanted to say as a new resident I am completely speechless on how they treat their residents and how "PEG CARES".

I haven't lived at my property for more than 2 months and I had nothing but issues. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and lack any accountability.

I had to request multiple work orders my first week of move in. My hot water smelled like Sulfur, I had no drawer in my fridge, I had a crack under my door that let pests in, and the list goes on!!

On 9/25/23 I filed a corporate complaint against my property because maintenance went in my apartment without my knowledge to file a work order for the "wrong apartment". I know my rights as a renter and they violated my lease. No notification via text or email 24 hours in advance. I left a bad review that same day and they covered it up the next day with 10 (5) star reviews on Google. That's not a coincidence and they're trying to cover up my bad experience. No apology from the leasing agent or property management.

KATHY FELIX , the regional manager emailed me about a time to speak and yet no follow up. I even did my part and reached out myself and straight to voice mail. This place is managed and owned by people who don't care. I will never recommend living at any their properties.

I gave my heart and soul to this company. I handled a property under conversion and renovations for over a year alone. I did my job and never had any complaints or unsatisfactory performance reviews. I was treated poorly, I repeatedly asked for help, I asked for my budget to be reviewed because I knew that what was implemented was not correct. They were going off previous years expenses when there was none. I was told if I had a certain amount of moves ins I would get a huge bonus. That was never paid to me; and I did it alone during a rental software change. 19 move ins in one week. I asked for an explanation and was told it just didn’t happen. I worked when I was sick, I worked during my PTO. I asked for many things to rectify the conditions; it wasn’t until I gave notice that they wanted to give me what I needed for so long. I really thought they would do what was right and pay me the bonuses offered but they did not. It solidified my reasoning for leaving. If I can’t trust them to pay the bonus structure they set up how can I trust them to do anything they promised me? I was handling day to day operations, lease up, residents, and maintenance (I have no maintenance experience) I was highly manipulated by my regional even after I left; with can you help me or I finally found perfect maintenance for you. My regional actually asked me if I could change my last day of employment because it interfered with her holiday plans. My books were always perfect to the point where accounting wanted me to train other managers. Even when leaving I left it with notes and where anyone could come in and easily take over. I voiced my concerns with HVAC issues and the stairs (huge liability) only to be ignored. I had to get off that sinking ship. While there were some amazing people who worked there; it just wasn’t worth the stress and heartache. I gave them my all and in return I got nothing.

Lived at the "View on 20th" in Ogden, never recieved the security deposit back. Per the lease & Utah Code Section 57-17-2, we were to receive a refund of the balance of any security deposit, and a notice of any deductions from the security deposit allowed by law within 30 days after the tenancy has ended. It has now been 36 days and we have yet to receive our deposit &/or notice of any deductions.

overpriced and outdated apartments with a "manager" who takes every holiday off known to humankind. Finally sold our contract after months and dozens of interested contacts only to hear back nearly all of them that manager, Rich, wouldn't take any of their calls or was entirely unhelpful. Better places are out there and this company knows it.
