There’s only one word that can describe Peak Construction. AMAZING.
When we first had Eyal walk into our house, we were a bit skeptical about his suggestions. We’ve never considered installing a whole house fan in the house and really gravitated towards getting a new AC system just like anyone else. Well, as soon as he took a tour of the house he went on telling us about how we really don’t need it and that the house enjoyed a fantastic air circulation because of its location. He was so determined and told us that of course he’ll install the AC unit if we wanted, but that would be a waste of money in his opinion. When we started hesitating, he simply said that if we’re not happy with the fan, not only will he remove it and fix any damage, but also not have us pay for any of his work.

Well, it’s been now two months that we have the fan at home, and we have absolutely no regret. We appreciate immensely Eyal’s honesty and consideration and would love to have him on our next project.

I always have a hard time choosing contractors. The internet is full of information so when it came to fixing my roof I decided I’ll ask around and see who’s the best candidate. I was given 3 names and invited all of them to take a look. They all had similar prices but as soon as I asked how much would cost to replace a couple boards and install a new skylights, prices skyrocketed with two of them. Peak Construction assured me that they weren’t going to charge any money for the boards and that it was included in the price and asked for a very decent amount for the new skylight. Needless to say that I moved forward with them. They covered 4000 square feet of roofing in like 6 days - in and out, literally. Way to go Peak Construction of San Diego .
