I have been in the Work Force for over twenty years. I have worked for intimate, family owned businesses as well as the largest Corporations in the world. The PDP Group in Hunt Valley, MD is, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. The Management at PDP is...horrible. My Supervisor allowed her personal "favorites" in the Office to come in fifteen minutes late daily, take 25 minute breaks (breaks were 15 minutes), and text at their desk on their cell phones all day (which was strictly against Company policy). If you were not a "favorite" of this unprofessional Management, you were consistently criticized, talked down to, and even written up- know matter how good of a job you were doing. In my sixteen months at PDP, I was never late once, treated everyone with respect, and did an outstanding job. I blew their Production goals out of the water every week. Because I was not a "favorite" of Management, however, I was constantly criticized, spoken down to, and written up for the most minor of human errors. It was truly disgraceful. I watched as great workers- and even better people- got written up or fired on a regular basis. The turnover at PDP was the worst I have ever seen in a Workplace- 100% due to horrid Management. Watching folks consistently abuse Company policy getting praised and great workers getting written up and fired was the most disgraceful thing I have ever seen in my twenty years in the Work Force. If you are searching for Employment- even Temporary- I urge you to avoid the unprofessional and disgraceful Management practices that exist at the PDP Group.

Applied for ELT program with PDP. Almost 3 months later I still haven't received most ELT codes and when I checked directly with the state they said they never received an application from PDP! Bad helpless customer service that will ignore your calls & emails.

Franchseal's exceptional willingness to assist and go beyond the norm sets her apart. While other representatives claimed certain issues were beyond their control, Franchseal took charge and resolved them effectively. Her pleasant demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction make her a standout in the realm of customer service. If I was in the position to decide where I was doing business she alone would be the reason it would be with this company.

If I could give negative stars... GM Financial needs to find another third party title company. This company is a joke. First, Relocation Request Form from Ohio to Georgia. The PDP faxes a title to state that requires paper (they should know their job), THEN after another form is sent and another 4 weeks, THEY SEND A CALIFORNIA TITLE THAT DOESN'T BELONG to the van, doesn't match the VIN or the name. They send someone else's title to Georgia! We've requested fedex overnight, we're told they would. That was last Wednesday and today was Monday and STILL NO TITLE. GM Financial, please stop using this company!!!!

Company lacks customer service, providing timely responses, and fulfilling requests. They are a third party company that fulfills requests on behalf of GM Financial and they provide a very back experience for GM customers and the brand. Company should be ashamed of themselves.

5 star service and very prompt processing for my ELT , i am a dealer in arizona METRO MOTORS TUCSON , real ! 3 weeks ago I contacted dealertrack still havents heard from them after I signed my application !! contacted PDP yesterday and got mu ELT issued today , AMAZING . thank you !

Where do I start a hot sweat factory with cameras watching your everyday work supervisors laugh play all day in customer service do not train employees properly for success some employee coughing sneezing not wearing mask or washing hands yuck to this sweat factory with no perks
