The Payne Homes Team did a great job building our home in 2020. Their customer service and commitment to building a quality home was excellent. The quality and value of the selections for our home exceeded the other builders that we considered in the Lexington and Richmond, KY area. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had during the building process. After we moved into our home, they promptly addressed all of our issues.

The Builder Trend program that Payne Homes uses is excellent. They do a great job of providing real time feedback during the building process. This includes pictures taken during the building process along with daily/weekly updates.

The Builder Trend program is utilized to record and track warranty claims. The Payne Team responded to all of the items that we identified in regards to our warranty claims. They worked with us to make sure that all of the warranty items were resolved and that we were fully satisfied before the items were closed.

In summary, we love our home and strongly recommend Payne Homes.

Payne homes have been in the this area for a long time. Their base options that come standard in homes are way better than some other builders in this area. So if you are wanting a home built by a company that has lasted and not get up charged for what should be normal in these priced homes, go with them!

We went with Payne Homes and they worked with us via phone, email, and text messages to plan out every detail for our new home. Needless to say moving from one state to another state can be a stressful situation but Payne Homes worked with us to make it as easy as possible. Kevin Payne, Chad Lingenfelter and Lola Payne were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were readily available, professional, and responsive. We could not be happier with the home we purchased from Payne Homes! From the beginning stages all the way to completion & the years after, they have been very responsive to any question or need we have had. Their quality of work is superior to other home builders in the area we considered. Our home has many custom features that others did not include.
