Paul did a wonderful job with our plans. From working with him to create the look and design to the actual framing of the house, he was wonderful. I brought him so many ideas and he made them even better. There was never a time when the framers or any other sub had trouble knowing what to do. All the measurements were on the plans that we needed. The lumber supplier sent some lumber that wasn't part of the plan and Paul helped us figure out how to work it in and verified that the lumber was not too big and it would all work together. We designed the home for our handicap daughter but she passed away after the foundation was poured. Paul quickly revised our plans to be more like a traditional and marketable floorplan. I can't say enough good about our plans for our home build. We actually built another home on the lake and used him again.

We met in March to discuss simple plans for a lake house. I asked him when I should expect to hear from him on initial plans - he indicated April 19th 2024. Never heard from him, never answered any of my emails, never returned multiple phone calls... poorest business transaction I've ever been involved in. Here we are in June and he finally returned my deposit...no excuse, no explanation, crickets!

Paul came recommended by many of my family members. My husband and I picked out a stock house plan, there were so many to choose from it took us weeks to make a final decision.
