This is not the first but the second property I bought with Paul so I think I have seen a pattern with him.

The first property we would not have gotten if we went with his suggestions. Only reason we got it was because of my partners suggestions of an offer. Paul does not really bring any value to the table, he is only looking for the commission which I understand, but pretend to actually give a crap of your client(s) please ...

After both transactions of two properties purchased through him, my partner asked "ok what utilities company do we set this up with. One would assume with him being here for how many years does he claim, 30, that he would know. Its alright if he doesnt know but maybe he can lift a finger and help guide my partner. This was brought up to his attention and instead of answering my question he says look at the email which he claims was sent but was not.

This is the kind of person you will be working with if you choose Paul as your agent.
