ETA: Changing rating to 3 stars. We have been in our home for two years and did a radon test that came back high. At the time of construction, we paid for Patterson to install a full radon mitigation system. We had a company come out and determine that one was never installed, despite it being on our documentation and the blueprint for the house. We reached out a few months ago with no response. We ended up paying $1,500 (again) for a radon mitigation system to be installed. Hopefully they respond to our most recent inquiry to help resolve the issue.

We have been in our home for over a month now and absolutely love it. We have no doubt that Patterson was the right choice for our home build. Dallin and Cody were both very easy and kind to work with. They made the process a breeze. This was our first time buying a home and we would absolutely choose Patterson if we had to do it again. The quality of our home and our design choices is amazing and we couldn't be happier.

Patterson Homes is an amazing company to go through to build your dream home! Jordan and James Telaroli were so helpful in our home building process and I am so glad I went though them. They were always quick to answer questions we had and always made sure we were very well taken care of. I'd also like to mention the quality of these homes is so wonderful! I love every aspect of it.

We love our new home! The process of building a home is fun but also stressful no matter where you go. We are very glad we chose to go with Patterson because of their quality as opposed to other builders in Eagle Mountain who seem to cut corners. Even though we didn’t build the biggest house they have built...you can tell that their quality is consistent between the mansions and the ramblers they build. We worked with Jordan Telaroli and he was always kind, no matter how many questions I asked! Would definitely recommend Patterson!

We couldn't be happier! I have been around construction my entire life and deal with many home builders in my line of work. I am proud to say Patterson homes by far exceeds in every way! By no means would I have built with anyone else. Building process went very smooth. (Especially with this unforeseen pandemic going on) I am amazed with the great communication and service given by all Patterson staff. From the owners, the sales agents, and especially the superintendent. All were eager to help in any way and make sure everything was perfect! Thanks for the best home and the best experience! Highly recommend to anyone!

We had a very positive professional experience! We worked with Cody and Dallin and had a pleasant experience with them as well! I’ve seen a lot of people badmouth, or talk badly about the employees or the builder, but honestly I think if you just learn to be open and treat people with respect that anyone and everyone would be able to have a great experience with this builder.we Live in Utah, so you have to expect delays due to weather and due to the growth that we’re getting. Be patient, communicate, and be respectful and understanding and you will have the best experience with this builder. Our home is beautiful, we have lived there for six months and still love it as much as when we bought it. If we have had any issues when we’ve reached out they’ve been very helpful and fix it right away. Huge shoutout to Cody too, because our house was a couple weeks out but we were due with her baby, so we asked him if there was any way they could get it done within the week. And they said it was almost impossible but somehow pulled it off and got us in our house within that week and it was before our due date. They are amazing!

We’re a little behind on this review, but we’ve now been in our home for 3 months now & still love it!
Patterson Homes have exceeded our expectations & eliminated any worries we ever had. James was extremely helpful during the whole process & to only need to communicate with one person the entire time made it easier, less stressful & much more enjoyable, because there was never any confusion.

We had such a good experience with building our home. They were very helpful through the whole process. I loved their standard options, quartz for a standard! We were able to get the home we wanted without doing a lot of upgrades because their standards were already an awesome option. Would totally build again with them if we were to get a new home.
