Update. Concrete cracked all the way thru and crumbled in less than six months management not willing to work with us to fix it. It looked great when first completed but now it’s a different story.

Mike the installer (awesome young man) said it’s all about family and they wanted to make sure this was done right before Christmas!

Can't speak to their concrete work since I called multiple times over several days and no one ever returned my calls. Hard to get business when you don't answer a call from a potential customer. We went with another company in the end.

Would not hire them based on how they drive. They nearly ran me off the highway; tried cutting me off while they were speeding in a construction zone. This is not Iraq. Try to drive in a civil manner.

We had a $14k project completed by Patriot Concrete that was suppose to include a 20ft parking pad and a back patio. The back patio turned out great, but the 20 ft parking pad narrowed to 14ft before the length of our cars ended. They asked if we were satisfied and closed our case before we were even able to drive on it. Once we were able to drive on it, we discovered that we couldn’t park two cars beside each other. We then took measurements and realized the measurements were not as agreed upon. We reached out to Adam, the employer who provided the bid, and he came back to the house to analyze the driveway. He stated “I remember agreeing on a 20foot parking pad, I will look into this and get back to you”. Three weeks went by and he wouldn’t return our messages. We then called their office asking if we could speak to someone else. They said they would tell Adam to get back to us, which he did. He stated that the only way they would reopen our project is if we paid an additional $2430 for extra concrete that they used for the driveway, and then they would provide a new quote to form the 20 ft parking pad that we already paid $14k for. Their work is beautiful but do not trust the quotes or bids. There is a disconnect between the person who gives the quote and the guys that show up to do the project. We should not owe $2430 to reopen the project. They should have quoted the right amount to start with and created the driveway we agreed upon.
