I contracted with Pasion Architecture based on a recommendation of a business associate. Steve Pasion designed my restaurant and was the project manager during the planning and permit phase.

On the professional end, Pasion Architecture knew how to design my location to meet my technical, practical and aesthetic needs. They communicated clearly and timely. The brought the project in on time and on budget; difficult to do during Covid!

I hired his architecture service for my new restaurant project. He did all necessary design within a month with his other engineer team.

Due to COVID-19, the permit processing was delayed for 2 months because the government ( building department & health department) shut down.

However, he communicated with the government agents promptly as well as the owner myself to correct any issue.

He is a very responsible professional until the final stage. Pasion Architecture is the one that I recommend if you need permit in Sacramento area.

With the challenges in getting permits from the city, Pasion architecture handhold us in getting all our permits.
