We had a third party create a leak in our home. Parker young came out within an hour on a Sunday morning to start the process of drying the affected area. Got a rec for Parker Young after coming to a 5 month standstill with our insurance company. Insurance needed an itemized repair list. Parker Young came in, gave us a quote and sent it to ins what had to be done. We were finally able to get our flooded basement repaired. From start to finish Parker Young delivered. After having a hot water leak that ruined my kitchen, Parker Young Construction was assigned by USAA. They started with water mitigation and were thorough and had great communication. We will move forward with them doing the reconstruction, as well. They have made a mess go as smooth as possible. Ed with mitigation is who I worked with most so far and has could not be better.
