Tried to help a client rent one of their properties just for them to tell us that they didn't want to rent to us because of our "agressive" follow-up. We submitted an app and provided documentation promptly and waited over a week. It got to the point my clients thought they were being descriminated against. Finally, they ended up telling us that if we're already this unhappy that maybe we should find a different property to rent.

This review is overdue I should've wrote this back in December 2019 but I just re-came across the documents. Me and my mother had rented from them for over three years and when it was time to move out they charged us ridiculously on our security deposit. They charged us for built shelves and curtain rods that were already installed before we had moved into the home. We had had verbal discussions with the owner and thought we had a good relationship. Rhonda specifically had authorized us that we could paint the house and change out old fixtures for new such as the chandelier in the kitchen and the light fixtures in the bathroom we upgrade those on our own dime and they charged us for it a second time when the previous fixtures were clearly more than 5 to 7 years old. It's really disappointing to live in a home for a period of time especially paying such a large security deposit. We shampooed carpets we made sure everything was spic and span it was practically move-in ready once we moved out and out of our approx 1800 security deposit they only issued $55 back to us. I've called multiple times I've emailed David who handled our property specifically multiple times and have gotten no response. Make sure you document everything these people will really try to take advantage of you!!!

Poor management has caused Almost all the dining room staff to leave while management staff hide in their offices. This is a daily occurance..

Very dísappointed in their management services. I would be very wary of contracting with this company. After two months they cannot find a replacement for their old manager.
