Coming from someone she has never sold a house for, I would not recommend her to anyone. I lived next to a house she bought and was selling. After dealing with the neighbors we had previously, things of ours was thrown away. When brought to her attention, she stated she had no control over the things thrown away and blocked me. She sold houses to some of my family that even live in the same neighborhood and I shared my experience with my family. Though she said she had nothing to do with the throwing away of items and had no control, she was clearly at the home because they owned it. It was interesting how when she saw us outside, she made no attempt to communicate with us. All we asked was for communication because we did not think it was “intentional.” Her husband was the only one to come up and apologize for the miscommunication and that showed a lot about his character. Working in customer service my entire life and her selling houses, you would think she would be a little more understanding of the neighbors surrounding a house she’s flipping.

Pam Files my real estate agent was so nice and so efficient I couldn’t have had anybody any better. There was so much I didn’t know about selling my house and buying a new one and she was so sweet and helpful explaining everything to me. My house sold the first weekend we advertised and she found me the perfect garden home. I highly recommend her.

Pam went the extra mile in helping me sell my Mom’s home. She and my Mom had discussed the selling of her house before her death. All I had to do was tell Pam when I was ready for the sale process to begin and she handled everything thereafter.
