This was our second time working with Pam and we were not disappointed! Pam was amazing in helping us find the right new home for us and remained in communication over the years, so when it came time to sell we reached out to her. Again, pam was absolutely wonderful to work with. She displayed thorough knowledge of the market and helped us with how to stage our home so it would show well. Within the first week of the listing being active, we had multiple offers well above asking price. Pam was in constant communication with us on what the next steps were and what options we had. She offered her insight but never forced and opinion, giving us the necessary information for us to make the decisions for each situation. Her negotiation skills with the buyer's agent helped to navigate the process smoothly and effectively. Our home closed escrow less than a month after its initial listing and it sold for $35,000 over asking price!
