We are so incredibly lucky to have worked with Kurt! He completed several home projects for us, including a floor-to-ceiling, built-in bookshelf and ladder. Kurt made the ladder himself, and it is both beautiful and functional. In addition to the ladder, Kurt and his team built a bespoke loft with bookshelves for our son’s bed, installed crown molding in multiple rooms, painted, and put up wallpaper. Each step along the way, his talent, patience, and integrity were obvious. We came to Kurt with lots of ideas, but no clear plan. He walked us through the process, was flexible with our timeline, and helped us make decisions about wood, hardware, design, and more. He worked within our budget and made our ideas come to life. Kurt’s work is impeccable, and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

Customer satisfaction is a noticeable goal of this company. Kurt and crew demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, creative ideas, cost-efficiency and quality in the timeliness of their work. Kurt updated our 44-year-old, upstairs, bathroom in record time to relish the oohs and ahhs of soon arriving guests. The crew thoroughly cleans the site at the end of the day and goes beyond expectations to make sure your completed project is worthy of visitation, immediately. We plan to use PACM for all of our future home improvement efforts.

We have worked with a LOT of contractors over the years - we built one home from the ground up in Palo Alto, and extensively remodeled another one in Los Gatos. Kurt at PACM is the best GC I have ever worked with. He converted our unfurnished garage into a bed/bath/storage/workout room and upgraded the lighting throughout our house, and I could not be happier with the results. He is smart, serious, careful, respectful & diligent in thinking through every aspect of a project. He is also NEVER flaky - responds quickly and thoroughly to every communication. Unlike many contractors I have worked with, he is a straight shooter and never makes excuses or tries to shift blame onto others on the (rare) occasions when something goes wrong. If delays happen for reasons he can't control, he is apologetic & is works hard to find creative solutions. His rates are fair, and he has even gone "above and beyond" several times to help out with small, time-sensitive projects when we have been in a pinch. We even entrusted him with our house key so his team could finish up some tasks while we were out of town. We are continuing to work with him on several smaller projects. In short, we are thrilled to have found PACM and cannot recommend them more highly.

German precision, loves and cares what he does. When we built our house almost 10 years ago, I looked at a fitting dining table. I saw one and fell in love with it but it was European design and very expensive. I talked about it with Kur and he asked me to take pictures of it. He came with me to choose the wood and a couple of weeks later we had not only a beautiful dining table but it was better than the original since it was costume made to fit my space. We got so many compliments for it. Just great.
