We HIGHLY recommend Palm Industries. Not only do they perform the highest quality work, they demonstrate the highest degree of integrity and honesty. They do what they say, they are on time, and they work with the customer to make certain you’re satisfied. We have been so pleased with every project they’ve done for us. They have also come through for us when we’ve had some unusual repairs that others could not do or figure out. The owner Andrew is truly amazing and his business is extremely well run and customer oriented. We had the pleasure of working with David, one of the lead managers. He is awesome, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. All of the employees that came to our home were hard working, knowledgeable, and extremely professional.We can’t say enough positives about Andrew and this top notch company!!

I recently had palm industries handle water mitigation in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They responded promptly on a Wednesday and had the entire job completed by Monday. What stood out to me was their dedication- they even came out on a Sunday to ensure the enclosure was secure. The team was professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Palm Industries for anyone in need of water mitigation services.

Had a catastrophic failure of the toilet supply line nut in our office over the weekend while we were away. Palm responded with a crew on Monday morning to begin water damage mitigation. The damage included crawl space insulation, floor coverings, plywood subfloor, wall insulation for the entire office. They documented the 10 day mitigation process with photos, moisture readings, and a report for insurance. Once mitigation was completed, they provided the insurance with a very thorough cost proposal for reconstruction. Their crew and sub-contractors were very polite and professional. Stephen Etheridge was an excellent communicator throughout the process. Special thank you to Joseph Eagen and his crew at Pacific Northwest Construction for moving the reconstruction along as rapidly as possible so we could get our business back to normal operations.

Time spent negotiating with the insurance company, then pictures of the area needed to be repaired, then removing what was destroyed, ordering supplies (that took weeks to get to Brookings), then scheduling teams to do the work. I am extremely pleased with their handling of everything

The employees at Palm industries, do a amazing job! There job is not easy, and surly isn’t sanitary! But they do it anyways. To help families like mine, get back to living a comfortable life in our not as smelly home. Our family and friends thank you very much! Soon we will be able to invite our family and friends over without being Embarrassed of the smell. Thank you to all the guys who risk there life’s going under our house! Palm industries in Brookings has a stellar crew. We had extensive water damage to our upstairs home. They immediately contacted and worked with our insurance company. They took most of our worries out of the situation. They were all easy to be around, and did a quality job. We are really happy we had them do the job for us. Great company! P & W

We have never had to call an insurance claim before. Our bar room flooded about a third of the hardwood oak flooring was messed up. Palm Industries was recommended by a friend and it was a great thing we did. Nathan Eells came out the next morning after our flood and within an hour a crew came and did there thing and it was incredible. The crew was kind friendly and trustworthy. The technician Mike called me every day when he was on his way to check on things. Great communication makes a great relationship and palm Industries was the best. Thank you guys for being top notch. Would definitely 💯% call them again for assistance and you should too ! The Baskins.
