Outstanding Experience TWICE! Peter originally designed our home with the intent of having someone else do the GC/Building work. As Peter finished the plans, we realized the benefit of having the Architect and GC be the same person. Not only was our tear down to move in, under 10 months, but it was the easiest and most enjoyable experience ever. Peter designed a beautiful home and then built it perfectly. He is so organized that he made sure that my husband and I knew when certain decisions had to be made so that we made those decisions as to not delay the building process. Our second experience is when we asked Peter to design our back yard, 10 years after building our home. He made a perfect 'sports' backyard for our boys and managed every step of the project. If my husband and I ever buy another property, Peter will be my only phone call as I love working with him and he makes beautiful properties from the inside out!

There's huge advantages to having your architect also be your general contractor, especially on a remodel. When we engaged with Paldino Architects to remodel our home, there were many unforeseen challenges. Since our remodel involved the re-make of the entire 2nd story floor plan and the addition of many new windows, there were numerous structural reinforcement issues. Many of theses issues could only be addressed on site with the construction crew once you exposed the framework of the original construction. With Peter wearing both hats, all issues were addressed efficiently, cost-effectively and with minimal delay.
PA also does a great job with their progress-billing systems. Every request for payment is fully documented and you're able to easily confirm that payments are for work already completed. As a commercial real estate professional, this was very important to me.
Our experience with PA has been so positive that we've subsequently engaged on numerous projects. Currently PA is design/building-out a 2,400 sf office area that's part of an 8,000 sf industrial building. As always, the job has gone smoothly.
We can recommend PA to anyone. The job will be done within budget and on-time.
