If you enjoy calling and emailing multiple times to get anything done, and then calling and emailing more to move them some more, and then waiting a few months and then calling and saying, "Hey, why isn't it getting done?" and then waiting, and waiting...Well, you get the picture. I love using small town companies whenever I can but, when service is terrible, there is no choice but to look elsewhere.
