Chris started off strong and earned our business to help us with a rendering for our patio bar we wanted to build. However after collecting his money, the miscommunication started.

He wasn't meeting deadlines, wasn't responding to phone calls or texts and then eventually showed back up and said he had been sick.

I'm an understanding person so continued to give him chances - but now, after weeks of back and forth, the only renderings we received were pictures he took of his computer screen. He had his contractor come out today and gave us a quote that was 50% more than his estimate.

From then, I called him and now Chris will not return my calls and has not provided me the renderings I paid for.

Extremely unprofessional and will need to take legal action to get my renderings as promised - or my money back. This is all very unfortunate and disappointing.
