Look before hiring. They require an "evergreen agreement". This means they are focused on billing for every 10 minutes with a several thousand dollar minimum rather than focusing on the quality of work...which in our opinion is not very good. Look elsewhere!

I had the good fortune to have Casey and team from PSFEG provide a forensic analysis of an extremely complicated and sensitive situation regarding a compromised retaining wall. In these types of situations--nuance, experience, reputation and high integrity are essential in the expert structural engineer. Casey was exceedingly responsive in returning an evening outreach call, arriving the next morning and putting his full team to work on a detailed report on an expedited basis. It would be easy to deliver a report and say it is what it is and skirt any further followup conversation as beyond the scope. Casey addressed critical issues with the highest professional conduct and standards, clearly sought full client satisfaction and delivered it. His reputation is vital to him and to PSFEG and he stands by it. He handled a delicate situation with uncommon diplomacy, care and concern.
