Karina who was a leasing agent was really caring and patient. She worked with me through out the process even though I showed some delays. I’ll recommend her and the company 1 million times. Whole process took 3 days. I was shocked.

In the beginning I had a great experience getting me into the apartment. First it was Tianna that guided me thru the process and Aracely that helped me with the transition. Doing things for me that helped me get the apartment….HOWEVER, once I got into the apartment, I have not hot water and today there’s NO WATER at all. For almost 2 weeks the inconsistencies regarding water/hot water has been inhabiting. I have a 2 year and have not had the chance to wash her here, not once. Myself have been using the shower and sink at my job to clean myself. I have to take my daughter to my old apartment just to keep her clean. I can’t wash dishes, brush our teeth, clean my daughter. And I PAID THEM RENT! At this point I want to leave. I can only imagine someone who is has child even younger than me. Oh and first day in there were roaches.
