I have been an accredited investor in Overland Group's projects for almost a decade now. Ken, is probably the most honorable, standup person that I've ever had the pleasure of investing with in the real estate investment industry, and his real property knowledge and expertise is unmatched. He has developed a lot of real estate over the years, and has built a great company, and a great and well-rounded expert staff. Kim and I have been members of the Overland Group since 2014. We are very happy to be in the investment we are in and then to be combined into the Recession Resistant LLC has made our investment that much better. We also like the fact that we can go to the office with questions and Ken Holman will take time out of his busy day to sit down with us and answer our questions or put our minds at ease. Ken and Mike are both just really good down to earth people and we appreciate all they have and will do for us. Don't get me wrong, there have been some ups and down with our investment but we all hung in and it all got straightened out for the better thanks to Ken and Mike and their constant attention to the details.
