I spoke to a gentleman on the phone in regards to structural drawings and a site plan for a shade structure. I was quoted $1500.00 for drawings, specs and site plan. We spent the next week getting estimates for construction and we called Osman again to start the process, at that time we were told our bid had gone up to $2500.00 a $1000.00 increase in a week. We have never been so disgusted with a company we were treated very rudely and we would never recommend Osman for any project.

Dishonest business practice. Don’t use him. You can do better anywhere else. He was waaay too slow, work was incomplete and he never finished despite being paid in full
