this has probably been the best rental I’ve ever had. Very nice and quiet. The staff makes sure to bring the right people in that will make your experience worth experiencing.

I was locked out of my apartment, embarrassing, I know, I did try to use my alternatives to get the key, but with no luck, The landlord Tina by herself locked up and came to save the day,

Tina was amazing from the very first inquiry on the rental space. So friendly, so informative and very welcoming. I worked in property management for 6 years and she’s top notch! I wouldnt rent from them again.. got the security deposit back not alot like we expected. They listed the stuff meed be done in old apt we lived in some of the list was not true. They are just like any other apt management keep the money for most part . We know we did some things and we know spme things needed clean or repairs. So they decide to keep a chunk of it. And dpnt rent oakwood square apts u less u read the policy... for big appliances U must buy it your self they dont provide or doesnt come witj apt. I had to sell mine fridge ans washer and dryer. The stove was working but very old! If that went out I refused tp buy new one. I will never get in apt without knowing these kind of policy they carry out. I never never heard of apt complex do like that most of them provide fridge and stove that comes with apt.

Worst property management I have ever dealt with. The garbages have not been emptied in weeks and when I called after emptying them myself (not in part of our lease) they proceeded to tell me it had been emptied (which it was not) i have spoken to multiple other business owners on our strip who are fed up with these issues that have no resolution in sight
