We’ve been here for a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Paul from the leasing office has been great and we love how everyone has been so nice and caring. Maintenance comes promptly. We have had so many fun events that the building has hosted. We have met so many fun neighbors here!

Melissa was very helpful. She offered to give a group of architecture students from Cal Poly Pomona a tour of the different unit types and communal spaces and was very kind. The spaces are truly inspiring and were helpful in imagining how we would design our housing project for our studio course!

Love staying here in one uptown Newport! The leasing office staff are always friendly and so efficient to help with our queries! Shout out to Paul, Cameron, Bridget, Amanda, Andie, Brenna for being the best!

Place is loud, filthy and ran by property managers with egos.

Construction is always going and they never clean up the roads. Expect to have nails in all your tires monthly. Can't leave windows open because of the construction noise & dust it creates.

Do not walk outside when the sun goes down or before 8a. The homeless problem is insane! They just linger in the bushes in front of the property!!

The park gets rundown by the homeless as well during the same times. It's full of gross litter, throw up, food from trash cans on the ground and needles in every other bush from the addicts.

The maintenance crew is hands down the best thing about the community. Unfortunately it sucks that their boss is some person named Brittney. Hopefully she will be removed soon as she's in way over her head on the position she has.

The apartment is super nice! It has very good amenities - A great gym, two nice swimming pools and a very good view!

Bridget and Morgan were super friendly and made me feel home soon.

I was worried about finding an apartment because I just moved to the USA and didn't have any credit history but they were very accommodating.

It is more expensive than the apartments in the area but I think you get what you pay for 🙂
