Not recommended for rental. Had a very bad experice. He will charge additional money for Back Rent, and take your Property, and put some of your Property in Storage, and throw away what they think that you do not want, we found Cutting Boards, and a Plaster Bust of Christ that my Mother had made in the Garbage, and the 15 Days to pick up our Property from the House, he is now charging us another $138.00 Dollars to get our property, and we have talked with Sheriff Deputies, and former Classmates and Friends of the Oates, and their response was all the same " BAD TO THE BONE, AND DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES ", We also checked with the California Bureau of Real Estate and found that their was no Real Estate License if you have more than 4 Rental Properties, and Licensed Property Manager.

All size houses were available, prompt repairs if needed. Great ladies in the front office. Laborers are hard working and bilingual. Family owned and operated for several decades. The negative reviews were drug users and liars that were evicted legally.

The slumlords of the town. Makes you pay extra for everything and doesn't alert you until the last moment about fees. Complains about everything on the property and takes months to come fix anything. Will just barge into your house and has really strange clauses in their leases. They also hold your deposit and prorate it until they find someone else to move it. I had jo heat and they still have not returned my deposit from when I moved out a month and a half ago.
