We recently had our old deck torn down and replaced with a stunning paver patio, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial design to the final touches, the entire process was smooth and professional.

Bruce, the designer, truly brought our vision to life. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offering valuable suggestions to enhance the space while making sure it matched our style. His attention to detail was outstanding, and the design exceeded our expectations.

Once the design was set, Tyler, the construction manager, took over. He was incredibly organized, communicative, and kept the project on track. His leadership ensured the project stayed on schedule, and he always made sure we were informed of any updates or changes.

A big shout-out to the hardworking crew as well! These guys were amazing – skilled, dedicated, and efficient. They worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect, and the craftsmanship they put into the patio is evident in every detail. They left the site clean and orderly each day, which we really appreciated.

Overall, we are beyond thrilled with our new patio! It has transformed our outdoor space, and we can’t recommend this team enough. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and talented group for your landscaping needs, look no further.

Excellent! I gave Bruce some high level ideas of what I'd like, and he turned around a fantastic backyard design that accommodated the constraints of our yard. Tyler executed perfectly and went above and beyond. He was friendly, professional and delivered exactly as promised. I'm most likely going to have them come out for some additional work later this spring. Overall an extremely positive experience with Oak Valley.

We recently had a patio, stairs, and walkway completed. We are beyond thrilled at the outcome. We are sooo pleased and excited about the outcome. It looks absolutely amazing and we are hanging outside as a family, more than we ever imagined. Our project is gorgeous and we are absolutely in love with how it turned out. This was our first major home project and we are so pleased that we did it, and chose Oak Valley. We love coming home to our patio and sidewalk!!

Bruce is extremely knowledgeable and talented in his design. He hand-draws the design and knew the measurements of our project exactly. We had consults with other companies that used a computer to generate the images and design, and those designers were not as knowledgeable about our project, as it seemed that they were relying on the computer to problem-solve or create the design. Bruce listened to our needs and wishes for the projects. He even made plant recommendations to increase visits from various pollinators, which was important to us in the design.

Tyler and his crew of installers were also fabulous! They arrived to work on time every day of the project, usually arriving 10-15 minutes before the start of the day (e.g., would arrive at 8:45 am for 9:00 am start). They were very respectful and very hard working. They were tidy and a great crew!

The electrician was also fantastic, as well as a siding contractor, as we realized that the builder did not put siding on a section of our house, which was discovered after tearing down our 20+ years old deck for the patio.

Overall, we had an amazing experience and are so thankful for Oak Valley. They truly treat their customers like family!!

Bruce and Tyler designed and completed our awesome patio and outdoor kitchen project. We had a great feeling about the Oak Valley team from the very start of the process. Bruce worked with us over several meetings to provide us with a design that met all of our desires. He helped us with meeting our HOA requirements and provided all of the necessary paperwork. Aside from minor bumps in communication, Oak Valley did a phenomenal job on our patio.

They are thorough, and do not work quickly. The process took us about 9 months from initial consultation, to project completion. This results in radio silence during the waiting period, but once they get started on your project, the level of care and detail they put in is noticeable and appreciated.

Bruce was excellent in transforming our ideas into a beautiful hand-drawn design, and providing his professional input on ideal colors, materials, and elevations.

I never got to meet Tyler in person, but he manages a great crew. Led by Jose, they came to our home at the same time everyday, and left everything neat and tidy. Prior to cutting and laying the pavers, their incremental work resulted in possibly the most beautiful and compacted gravel pad I've ever seen.

This doesn't seem to be mentioned in many other reviews, but Oak Valley also has the most straightforward payment process. Where some other contractors may require installments throughout the project, Oak Valley just asks for a deposit and final payment.

Overall, a quiet and pleasant customer experience, with a beautiful end result.

We are so impressed with our new patio and activity pad courtesy of Oak Valley. It was a really great experience from start to finish. Bruce, Tyler and their crew were awesome to work with. Their crew takes pride in their work and it shows. Tyler, and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product and exceeded our expectations. Bruce drew up a beautiful hardscape and landscape blueprint for us to help visualize the final space and Tyler made that come to fruition. Tyler was a dream to work with and his team was well worth the wait. Really high quality patio and materials. This team cuts NO corners and is truly thorough in what they do. Would recommend to anyone looking for a long lasting patio.
