In the 30 days since moving in, I have encountered multiple unresolved issues that have significantly impacted my comfort, safety, and overall experience.

Washer & Dryer Issues:

My washer has been out of service for 30 days, and despite being told it would be replaced last Wednesday, this did not happen. No one communicated the delay until I called to follow up.
The dryer door remains unrepaired.
My request to be notified before third-party vendors enter my unit has been ignored twice.
Due to the leaking washer, my closet smelled of mildew for weeks, affecting my clothing as well.
Security & Parking Concerns:

The parking garage is unsafe and filthy. The entry does not lock, making it easily accessible to non-residents.
During events, residents are forced to wait 15–20 minutes in this unsafe area just to access an elevator. If I were being pursued, I would have no way to safely exit the garage.
My 2019 Porsche Macan has been tampered with on two occasions, with my interior lights left on, indicating unauthorized access.
Building Management & Communication Issues:

The boiler has gone out twice within my first 30 days here, leaving my unit without heat. On one occasion, I woke up to cold air blowing through the vents, with no communication from management regarding the issue or an expected resolution.
Valet trash service is unreasonably restrictive, allowing only one bag per pickup.
The overall management of this property is disorganized and unprofessional.
Given these persistent issues, I am formally requesting an immediate release from my lease. This property does not meet the standards that were presented to me, and I refuse to continue living in these conditions.

Responsible for making family homeless in America. Lotus apartments even when giving the right information they ask for and still lying and not doing there work. Judging of character no proof of reports and not responding and always gotta call tech support but never call back. Please run from this company and not equal housing opportunity they discrimination and slander so please be careful with this establishment.

If you can work directly under Tina or Bryson, you will love your job. Those 2 are the most amazing, hard working people you will meet. If you cannot, DO NOT DO IT. The way they treat you, the people they hire, it is not worth it. Find some other property management company to work for. If you do end up working for NXT, document EVERYTHING. They like to say things in person and promise you things and once it comes down to those promises, because you didn't catch it in writing, it doesn't matter. They have to follow SOP, but if you're one of their favorites, doesn't matter. They will break any SOP, any rule, any fair housing for themselves or to help their favorites. They are hypocrites. You can't do something but they can. One property can do something but another can't. Do not trust anything they say unless you can screenshot it and save it so you have something to prove later. How much money they will cheat you out of just so occupancy can get up. How much they promise you that you will never get. You will NEVER be good enough for them. And they will tell you straight up. They're employee appreciation last year, everyone got $7 amazon gift cards and a few items that either came from the dollar tree or a cupboard that had supplies sitting in it for over 5 years. There's no appreciation at all. Unless you are a words of affirmation person and can get past them sounding fake when they do say they appreciate you, go for it. Apply for the job. They promote people who are not trained, you will have NO support. All they care about is occupancy. they do not care about your well being, how much work you put in, nothing is good enough. They do not care about you as a person and they have shown and will show that multiple times. The employee retention they is horrible. No one stays. There will be no stability, no support, no nothing. The 5 star reviews you see, are either incentivized and or corporate doing it to cover all of the honest bas reviews.

I live in the Aderra Apartments in Roy. I have lived there for several years and we have gone through a lot of management people. Currently the staff that is on board have really taken strides to make things better around here and it is much appreciated. Nick is the best maintenance guy around and has helped us with many small requests.
I do have to say one thing and I have said it before to the other manager, but in building A top apartment on the East side....their balcony looks horrible. I thought we all had to keep our balconies clutter free. I would have given 5 stars except for the one issue

Buyer Beware: All that gillters isn't gold
First time dealing with Nxt Property Management. Leased a new built at Indigo 1660. The contract this written in the interest of the Nxt Management. This is no consideration for the Tenant. If they give you a property the looks like a construction site and you decide not to rent after day 3. They will tell you they will have their lawyer come after you. There is no humanity the employees in the cooperate office don't care about you. They work for a company that steals from tenants when they want out of there lease. They advertise the property as a professionally cleaned new built but put in the contract in as in condition. They put my families helath at risk with industrial materials in the vents cement and all. I asked them to clean the property four times. They think I am dumb enough to wait around for a fifth. This is how the handle tenant complaints. They don't care at all. Now they want to charge me to get out my lease. WHY WOULD I WANT TO STAY?
You email and call only option is to leave a voice-mail. If you talk to someone they will claim they never spoke to you in real life. You go to main office and they accuse you of trespassing and refuse to speak to you.
I have never had a worse experience with a landlord in my life and I moved here from NYC. Even I squatter would leave your place cleaner.
Terrible, horrible, disrespectful. What you did to my family is Unconscionable.

I had a very disappointing experience as an employee at this company. Despite the initial excitement I felt about joining, I encountered significant harassment from coworkers and retaliation for speaking up about it. I reached out to upper management multiple times, but there was no follow-up or support.

I was not given transparent information about the work environment, and despite my requests for a different position—one that offered less pay—I felt trapped and unsafe at my assigned site. After I left, I learned they split my role into two positions and posted my job before I officially resigned, even though I had been vocal about my struggles and need for help.

The pay was great, but it simply wasn't worth the toll it took on my mental health. The constant belittling and harassment created a toxic atmosphere that overshadowed any positive aspects. I truly admired my mentors who had worked for the company for years, which made my experience even more disappointing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this workplace if you value your well-being and mental health.

NXT is built solely to take advantage of people and their money. I’ve been struggling to get my security deposit returned for more than a month now, and NXT is either completely unresponsive or offers unverifiable claims that they’re having issues with accounts payable or need to “have the check recut”. We left the condo in great condition and cleaned thoroughly before we left, and were given an itemized receipt of what our security deposit would be, but there’s been no follow-through. It seems like they’re actually in the process of selling the property I lived in (Central Heights Condos) and are avoiding paying out my security deposit until it’s someone else’s problem.

They’re an absentee “property management company” and they do not care about tenants, only the money.

There was gang violence occurring at central heights and they did nothing about it besides offer vague reassurances to residents.

DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY LEASE AGREEMENT AT ANY NXT PROPERTY.

We have tried numerous times to reach NXT
management but it's obvious they are scammers!!!
They were in charge of canyon-view-crossing
and took a security deposit of $1000 from us.
The new management is saying nxt says we paid
$500. We showed the receipt and called NXT
cause the new management couldn't see it on
our records cause they are keeping it. It's been 2 months of Nxt not responding! An organization that does business like this should not be trusted. They don't respond to email or calls cause they know what they have done!
