Danielle has always been professional every time we need something. She is so easy to work with! She is quick with her responses when i have reached out to her. The only down fall has been the increase in rent but i feel at these times unfortunately every one is experiencing hard times. Over all we have had a good experience. Reached out about a 1 acre property. The girl I spoke with was supposed to send me the coordinates and never did. I finally received them from my realitor when she reached out to the agent for me.

I was ready to make a deal on the property and was told the property owner was having second thoughts. We were supposed to have an answer in 1 week.

After I reached out several times, I never received a response. This went on for 1 month. The listing was removed and never received an explanation.

I can't comment on the final execution of the property transfer process because I never made it that far. The beginning communication was poor though.

These good reviews are fake. Do not do business with this company. I can only talk with relation of being one of their tenants and let me tell you I have never been so disrespected in my life. Danielle is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Every one of my neighbors have had the same experience dealing with her. Just one of many examples: our residence has to get our water bill through the landlord and they send the first bill with no meter readings and no cost/unit. I call to get that info and Danielle responds with “that’s how the bill will be” when asked what the price of water is, she literally hung up on me. Just so you know my bill was the exact same price as my neighbors (4 residents) as mine (2 residents) and higher than any water bill I have ever gotten.

Please stay away from this company for your own good!

Danielle is unprofessional and rude when dealing with her as a tenant. I can only share my experience with her as a property manager of a rental our college student occupied, but every part of it was negative. When asked for explanations or asked questions, she is dismissive and hateful—saying this is just how it is. You pay water to her as a flat rate without any metered charges or access to rates. She did not post a bill for months, & then posted the bill to be paid for multiple months and expected payment of all back months then. She failed to notify the other 2 tenants of the 3rd moving out until 2 days before and informed the remaining two they would be responsible for the entire rent unless they allowed someone they didn’t know to move in (prearranged by the 3rd tenant without any knowledge of the other two). Both tenants’ parents had negative interactions with her over the course of two leases. We wanted the tenants’ themselves to do most of the dealing (for the experience), and she was consistently disrespectful and didn’t explain anything; Only: “this is how it is.” Despite the fact that rent was always paid timely and there were no issues, rent was raised significantly both times the lease was up. Due to all the issues, we sought other arrangements for the last part of her college and I’ve never been more relieved for her to be done with dealing with someone; I’m so happy she’s done, I’m not even concerned about the ridiculous charges she took out of the deposit.

Got off to a rough start but Danielle snd I worked it out. We have been living here for close to a year and a half this was a new build rental when we moved in and very beautiful. When we had trouble with the cloths dryer she got someone over right away to fix the problem. We do enjoy living here.
