RESPONSE:
I apologize for not seeing your response to my review sooner, as I just got the email notification.
As I mentioned, I personally did not visit—it was my friend who toured NV Homes at Two Rivers. When received their overpriced sales quote and talked to other members of the community they decided to purchase a larger lot for significantly less in Virginia instead.
You say you’re having trouble finding a record of my visit, but of course, you wouldn’t—because I never claimed to have visited myself. Instead of deflecting, why not address what I actually said? What exactly was untrue?
And asking for my name—what’s the purpose? So you can harass me for giving you an honest review? If you truly believe my comments were inaccurate, as I said, all the potential buying has to do is just ask the people who actually live in the neighborhood, as my friends did. They’ll tell you everything I said is true—prices are through the roof, and the lot sizes are small.
Any educated consumer can go under this site and look at real property review Sadat.dat.Maryland.gov using street name, county and state.
Also, aren’t you justifying the high price of these homes based on the amenities? But as I pointed out in my review, the amenities are not proportionate to the number of residents. Overpricing homes based on amenities that are overcrowded or limited in access makes no sense.
In fact, I think it’s a great idea for anyone who visits NV Homes, the greedy builder, to upload their sales quote. Is that what NV Homes would like? Because the numbers speak for themselves, and the reality is hard to deny.
------———————————————————————
I want to share with anyone interested. NV Homes is asking the people who buy a house to complete a review. I live in Two Rivers, up front near the pool. My friend is looking to relocate and asked me if NV was a good builder. My experience was not with them. Therefore, I couldn’t advise. She and her husband made an appointment and were so disappointed with the lot size that’s even smaller than mine. I guess the folks who were stuck decided to write a false review. The ugly truth is this. Yes, there are pool rations for all ages. I have four kids, my kids have to go to their grand parents in Gambrills, MD to swim. My sons get bullied when they try to play basketball as there are grown men who hog both courts. The streets are very narrow. Not just the one way in narrow curvy one way in one way out road but the actual streets in between the houses. It was most disturbing to read someone lie and say the streets were wide. I live up front and our streets are the widest in the community. The HOA fee is steep when it should not be. The reason is the community boast amenities like a resort fee, with over 4000 homes, wouldn’t the fees go down? The snow ploys are not the quickest and we only had one big snow fall. I wonder if NV HOMES is paying gift cards or similiar. My friend decided to build in VA where the lot sizes are not less than .25 acres. NV Homes should be ashamed of themselves. One thing that is extremely annoying is people parking in front of my house. Not once in awhile but everyday. There’s no parking. Yes, having a new house is exciting but the greed of this builder is so bad that I cannot stand by and let the fake reviews stand. Yes, the 55 and older people were duped but at least they don’t have to fight over pool privileges. Where’s the exit in case of an emergency and isn’t there going to be another Two Rivers right down the street? How about the trash dump(land field)that they said wasn’t happening? Well, at least with this greedy builder, I have equity of almost 50% since I paid $700K for the same size house they are now charging $1.35M quoted to my friend. If NV homes can charge this much for a house, I'll be taking my $700K in equity to purchase a home in VA. Let me close by saying this, the 25K they offer at the closing table using their lender is quite ridiculous!!!
