Where do I begin, our purchase experience is a bit different as we are relocating from Southern California to Maryland, with that said, we’re beyond excited to have found South Lake but most of all to have worked with Natalie Middleton. It’s been a breeze and every step of the way Natalie was there to guide us through the best options. From many floor plan changes, to pivoting with a different model, Natalie effortlessly executed changes and always made us feel comfortable. Though we reached out to other builders as you naturally do, Natalie was a big reason we selected NV Homes. It’s one thing to have a fantastic product/ home but it’s the personable experience that ultimately landed us here.
We’re so excited to join South Lake and start our lives in Maryland.

My husband and I have been searching for a new home for over two years. We have met with a number of different builders and have interacted with numerous sales representatives. We left most of those interactions excited about the prospect of purchasing a new home, but without any memorable feelings about the sales representatives. This was not the case when we met with our sales representative at South Lake. Julie is nothing short of amazing. After meeting her and discussing our requirements for our next home we knew we had to work with her and we knew NV was the right builder for us. Our interaction with Julie not only built confidence in her, but in the builder as well. We could tell after one meeting that Julie, and the other sales representative, Natalie, love their jobs and care about the buyers. My husband and I didn’t feel as though we were being deceived or pressured as we have in the past with other sales representatives. Every part of the process from the communication, build time, included features design center meeting and neighborhood amenities, has exceeded our expectations. We are not only excited to be building an NV home, we are excited about partnering with Julie and Natalie to build our amazing new home!

My wife and I have been looking for our dream house in our dream location and we found it here at South Lake! When we first met Natalie and Julie during our model home tour they were amazing! Natalie walked us through every detail of the house and answered every question we had. A lot of times when you go through a model what you see is 10s of thousands of dollars worth of upgrades that may stretch you out of budget causing you to settle. But with NV we were blown away with the quality and look of the standard features which allowed us to get what we wanted while still staying within our budget. Natalie also walked us through their homebuying process in great detail and there has been absolutely no surprises. This is our second time building a home a we appreciate the additional level of detail NV Homes has such as gatherings to give us a chance to meet our future neighbors and the very thorough pre construction meeting that walked us through every option and upgrade we selected to guarantee our house is built as we designed it! (believe me all home builders do not do this) So far the construction team has also been great! We get regular updates and photos from Brian of how construction is going keeping us up to date every step of the way!

Also a special thanks to Dana with NV Homes at Patuxent Greens! We have been to that model a lot too and she has always been very helpful!

Natalie, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and made the home purchase stress free
