I didn't end up purchasing in this community but wanted to leave a review for at least the initial consultation and prospective homebuyer perspective. We largely worked with Jordan Smiley, who was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly attuned to what our needs were and how Longview could try to meet them. He was very welcoming and tried to go the extra mile for us and we truly enjoyed working through the initial process with him. You're in good hands with him!

EDIT: This is an update to my prior 5-star review. Being a first-time homebuyer last year, I was naive and trusted everything NV told me. Almost 9 months after moving in, there have been so many issues with the quality of these homes. This is not a "luxury" townhome by any means and does not warrant the 700k+ we spent on it. The quality and worksmanship of these homes are really terrible. This is the same company as Ryan Homes and have same quality because they just choose the cheapest contractors. Here are a list of some of the numerous issues we have encountered since move-in:

- Gas leak in furnace room: We had to have BGE come and turn off our heat in the middle of the winter. BGE confirmed there was a gas leak at the gas control valve because it was not properly installed. My wife and I ended up having to sleep at the local hotel and purchase space heaters because of this issue. Almost a month later and still waiting for my reimbursement check..

- The developer of this property (Atapco Properties) is not truthful about the depiction you see in the community layout found on the NV website. They built a very large pavilion right along the side of our house nowhere near where it was originally intended to be. When I reached out to NV and the HOA, nobody wanted to give me the contact info of the developer and I had to seek out this information myself. They seem to be quite dismissive of my concerns and only interested in getting you to sign on the dotted line.

- The speed at which these homes are being constructed is really concerning. Entire rows of homes are completed in 4-5 months. Oftentimes when I walk at night, I see workers painting the walls or doing work at like 8pm when it is completely dark outside. They are basically holding a flashlight in one hand and doing work with the other hand. One can only imagine the quality of such work..

- The LVP is hastily nailed onto the floor and not properly screwed in. During the winter, the LVP shrinks and you can notice gaps in-between the LVP. If it was properly screwed in, this wouldn't be as apparent

- The paint job is absolutely terrible. You can clearly tell the paint was just spray-painted and not properly primed and coated. When light shines into our entryway, you can see chunks of wall that have less paint than others. It is quite embarrassing to be honest

- Many of my neighbors have seen their windows crack and needed to be replaced. Thankfully this has not yet happened to me.

These are just a small representation of the numerous issues I've encountered in the past 9 months. I would strongly recommend getting a home inspection prior to pre-drywall meeting to see what kind of structural issues there may be.

Additionally, when we originally purchased last year, we were told NV does not negotiate on the home price. After speaking to many of our neighbors, it seems like most of them were able to negotiate on the price/additional options so we were lied to by NV at the time of purchase.

Take a look at the picture of our vinyl siding. Less than 1 year in and the siding is already ripping out... if this is not a sign of poor workmanship, idk what is!

Beautiful new construction community.
We are glad that we choose Longview Ridge town homes.
Very nice home models, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with everyone on a team.
We would like to thank to all entire team, and especially to sales agents Brigitte, Joseph Blasko, Chris (construction mgr) and Dan from NVHomes warranty team for helping us each step of the way. You answered all of our questions and there were many... Thank you for sending us monthly photos and updates as our lovely home was being built. Above all we had a great experience and it's due to the outstanding people (from sales agents, construction, administration etc.) who went above and beyond to help us.

Thus far the purchasing process has been great! Joe Blasko is a pleasure to work with and has been very helpful. Elizabeth Warner from NV Mortgage was also the best, making the process effortless. Juliana Choe who lead us through the selection process went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and answer our questions. So far, a great team to work with.

We moved into LR community in March 2023. We are very pleased with purchasing an NV Home. Entire process was outstanding from the purchase to move in. Our sales agents Bridgett and Joe were excellent to work with. We believe we got a great value purchasing a new home compared to alternative resale townhomes which cost between $500-$600K with no garage and about 30 years old. For another $100K we got a brand new home with much nicer amenities.
