My husband and I just bought a home with NVHomes at Greenleigh and are so excited to become a part of the community! We have had our eye on this community for quite a while now and kept revisiting it. It's a small, clean, diverse community that is expanding by the minute! The homes are beautiful and well-maintained, and the neighborhood seems very safe and quiet, which is just where we would want to raise a family. We've lived in the Baltimore & White Marsh area for a while and are excited to be able to still be close to the same shops and centers and have easy access to 95 and the city, all while being off the main road. The house layouts are also gorgeous and spacious, and they put a lot of care into the design and structure of the homes.

Madisyn and Michael helped us with the whole process of purchasing our home and they were extremely helpful! We asked a lot of questions and they were very thorough in walking us through everything to make sure we felt comfortable prior to moving forward with anything. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to them!

I had the pleasure of working with Madisyn (sales rep) and David (Project manager) when my husband and I bought our first home in the community. I have to say, their amazing service and communication really solidified our choice in buying with NVhomes. Madisyn made a great impression and really set the tone for what we could expect with the builder and David followed through during the home building process. NVHomes should give Madiysn a raise!!! Seriously! One of the best new home sales reps in the business. She made sure to answer all of my questions, was patient, and very organized. Was also easy to talk to and Madisyn was able to help think through all of my concerns. The best part was I never felt pressured. She just wanted to help! Go buy a home from Madisyn!!!
