We are going to settlement today on our new home and have been extremely pleased with NVHomes from start to finish. John in the sales office was a pleasure to work with in choosing our home and getting things started.

Our project supervisor Dalton has been extremely informative and helpful and has always made us feel like our building process was in wonderful hands. He was a pleasure to work with. Even after the unusually rough winter we had, NV still managed to get our house done a few days ahead of schedule!

Even the loan process itself, which are never fun, was handled by an extremely friendly and capable staff. Thank you Karis and Olivia!

All in all, our decision to buy our home in Bloomfields has been a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to move in!

Our experience with NV Homes has been amazing. From the very first time we met David on the sales team we have felt comfortable. David was quick to answer all our questions and helped us navigate the process with no complications. Our Project Managers, John and Dalton, were friendly and responded to our texts quickly when we had questions or wanted to visit. John sent us weekly pictures on Photo Circle keeping us up to date on the progress. We are very pleased with the progress and can't wait to move into our new home.

We have had such a great experience with NVHomes. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. All questions are addressed in a timely manner. It is so fun to watch the building of our home with pictures that are sent each week. Communication is great. The craftsmanship is top quality. The Bloomfields team consisting of Dayna, Carlos, Dalton, and John has been phenomenal. They respond promptly to our concerns and inquiries. We appreciate the PhotoCircle set up where the construction staff takes pictures of the progress with our home right from the start and share them with us. We keep in touch on a regular basis via phone, email and text. The team is open to input from us as we are Deaf and provide ASL interpreters at key meetings. They serve us with great understanding and utmost respect which we appreciate very much. We look forward to moving to our new home in early March!

We worked with David on the purchase of our home at Bloomfields. David was extremely helpful throughout the process and made the extra effort to help where and whenever possible. He was responsive and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions.
Carlos was our construction supervisor and we couldn't have been more pleased with his (and Jack's) attention to the process. The timeline laid out at the beginning was quite accurate and we moved in within a few days (actually a little early) of the original dates. Couldn't be happier with the folks we dealt with on site.
