Elbert at Nu Level is amazing at what he does. There’s no other way to describe him other than a true professional and I highly recommend him for any Real Estate needs. I am Realtor who is always looking to work with other professionals. Elbert has helped many of my clients in obtaining a mortgage loan. Outstanding professionalism; Phenomenal expertise; Superior service. Those are the least I can say about Nu Level Realty. Elbert helped my daughter purchase her first house and was there throughout the entire process. Her purchase was somewhat difficult as it was a forclosure home. That process took approximately 3 months, but he was there! Well, now my wife and I decided to buy a house close to our daughter and we decided to go with Nu Level Realty since our daughter significantly praised Elbert. We were so glad to have Elbert throughout our process. Our process should have been a simple one since it was a direct sale, but it wasn't. In any case, Elbert helped us through it all. From interpreting what the lender emailed us to deciphering escrow's closing statement, Elbert was always a phone call away. Without him, we'd be in the dark and without a clue of what what going on. And let me tell you, in our eyes, Elbert has successfully changed the Real Estate Agent/Broker's reputation from "money grubbing commission hungry scoundrels" to "professionally caring and significantly knowledgeable person".
