Today I sit in an empty apartment that was my home for the last 5 and 1/2 years. NTS was our property managers and part owners in my property here at Carmel Center Apartments.

They are hands down the best property manager I've ever dealt with in 60 years of life.

After moving 11 times in 14 years, I found my home here. For 4 and 1/2 of those years they were my people. I was so happy here. Until our property was sold on December 3rd of 2020.

From there, this became a very sad place for me. A place that I didn't feel like home anymore.

I just want people to know that NTS is an amazing property management company and they only hire class act people. You are treated with respect.

hank you to Kendra, Crystal, Emily, Becca and John for being helping me find my place . It is Bittersweet that I am leaving Carmel Center Apartments, but it is definitely time to go.

!DO NOT WITH WORK NTS! I recently signed up a lease and one of their “elevated” in the DFW area. where I was made to believe that, if we were to sign up with ‘fetch”(A third-party delivery system that they forced you to use) that our packages would not be stolen. Because that is a concern we had going in because of all the negative reviews of stolen packages. They said that that was not gonna be a problem, but within the first three months, we had our package stolen and nobody seems to care. They washed their hands of it and now. I cannot trust them.

I LOVE living at NTS property. The unit was clean and ready for us upon move in. The only small issue we had with a door was fixed the day we called in! At my last place, it took about a week to even hear back from my landlord... On top of that, every worker on the property is so nice and friendly! It makes me really happy to know that my French Poodle, Beans, and I are in good hands!

NTS manages Plainview Apartments. They stole $415 from me and then lied about it! I have never given anyone a negative review, but I must get the word out about this company. I paid all their fees of $415 and told them I was selling my home. I would contact them when I needed an apartment. I later found out that they held a one bedroom apartment for me for one month They NEVER notified me to tell me they were holding an apartment. My iPhone shows all incoming calls for months and they did not call me. Then they kept my money for the apartment they held for me… That I didn't know about. They will not even listen to my explanations or consider refunding my money. Beware! This company is not honest!

We work with NTS people everyday on Commerical Property Management side. These people really care about taking care of the customer and doing what is right. If you have medical or high end commercial property and you are looking for a property group to represent your interest, NTS is it!!!!!!

Do not do businesswith this company. They'll take your money in less than 5 minute and hold your money for a month before they decide to cut you a check from their account. This is the biggest ponzie scheme I've ever seen in apartment leasing. Not only do they not understand their own processes in detail they also can't educate their consumers appropriately. This whole company is a disgrace including the properties they represent. Save yourself the HASSLE n unnecessary no weight apologies
