At 3pm on a Monday afternoon, they charged customer $5.85 to driver on I-820 from I35W to Hwy 26 exit. Price gouging is against the law. That is almost $1.00 per mile for 6 miles. If you want more people to use your toll roads, reduce the prices. Apparently people who are in charge of this could really care less if people drive on the toll roads or not.

Charged tolls for road that went < 35 mph and SLOWER than the free side of highway. Also Instead of ensuring safe and efficient travel some employees use the work vehicles to travel highway and play pokemon instead? Really?

Greedy. Uses delivery service and does not compensate for time shopping and delivering. If your cash is so short, use your own employees for hauling such heavy loads to stock your refreshments.
