Unbelievable irresponsible staff. Karen Maldonado has been asked by Washington Gas to take care of my account and my need for months now and there is no peep from her, none!!!!

Pathetic. Give back your salary and get the heck out of there.

Fire underperformers NPL or your reputation goes down with them.

Was given their number by Washington Gas for an issue discovered during our backyard construction. Nobody showed up or called on scheduled service day. Been trying to reach them for two weeks now. No answer, no call back. Our constructions were supposed to be done before the holidays and first delays in working with Washington Gas and now this contractor company. It’s a nightmare and I’m being very very very patient and modest with my words.

This company are a bunch of thief’s. They make the helpers come in at 6am and don’t pay them till 7am and then they don’t pay the full salary. If your Hispanic don’t apply here they discriminate against them the most.
