We started building with another builder before we found J Thomas. The other builders were awful and in the end we let go of the other house. We lost 5k but it was well worth it in the end! We found J Thomas and worked with Tyler Baxter. From the first contact with Tyler we were greeted with a friendly energy and an understanding of what we were looking for. Tyler was not only knowledgeable but he endured our questions and he even moved us around lot spaces until we were 100% happy with location! Tyler kept us updated along the way so we were never left in the dark on what was next. He was also very happy and shared in our excitement on a few of our custom modifications of the home and he was willing to create a new blue print for a ceiling the model we chose that didn’t come with it! He was extremely helpful in us choosing interior and exterior color schemes. I found it so helpful when he spoke up with suggestions that would make our home look more elegant. Tyler was even very patient and put up with our excessive visits to the site along the way. The quality of the work is exceptional and the quality of the materials are good as well. I’m so happy we found J Thomas homes. This experience was day and night different from the other builders. I would highly recommend j Thomas homes. I recommend them so much so I’ve tried talking a lot of my friends into working with Tyler and building with J Thomas Homes!

For us Tyler Baxter was really the key to having a great experience with J.Thomas. Super nice guy who answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable we were making the right decision. The house is great and we love the free upgrades like the stone windowsills, closet shelving, quartz countertops, nest thermostat etc… the house has a great open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and we got to pick out the flooring, paint color, countertops and cabinetry. Tyler is especially great about making sure all the details were taken care of and any issues are taken care of right away.

Do not buy from J Thomas Homes. The head salesperson at Northstar Ranch is completely dishonest and will bait and switch you, refuse to follow-up when you try to make an offer, and sell properties right out from under you to people he already has a “relationship” with.

There are plenty of other builders in all the locations they are building that will provide you a better experience.
