Nicola went above and beyond in helping with our home purchase. Not only did she listen to what our needs/wants were but she counseled us on the best way to present our offer/counteroffer. It was the first time my wife and I used Nicola Sarn. She went above and beyond in getting our home too close. She went above and beyond any realtor we have used in the past. She basically walked the process through from Point A to Point B and so so on. Nothing went idle under her watch. From dealing with contractors, loan agents and title to taking video's feeds making sure the crane and heat pump arrived as committed and to top it off she cleaned (scrubbed) our new weekend home top to bottom, cabinets and all, helped unload our truck and trailer and spent the day blowing the entire lot clean of leaves and pine needles. She is the best realtor by far and is now a forever friend of the family or should I say, she is now adopted into our family.
