Sam was extremely knowledgeable which is reflected in his thorough work and pages of detailed calculations. He provided us guidance on how to reinforce existing structural support to ensure the safety of the home. Sam is a great listener and very personable, designing the home to maximize its value with his recommendations.
You can tell he really cares about his clients as he is invested both in the design, client needs, and balancing it against what is structurally feasible. He is easy to work with, accessible (came on sight several times), and will go out of his way to walk through every plan or idea that you may have. I appreciate Sam for providing us with options and its various budget implications, pros and cons so we were able to make a educated decision.
