When I first met Nisha We were at the settlement table. She was the agent for the buyer who purchased my first property. I was so impressed with her energy level and enthusiasm, that the next property that i put on the market to sell, I immediately contacted her to be my agent. My Realtor, Sherri Sembly was the ABSOLUTE best! This was my 10th house purchase over the years, and she has been FANTASTIC. I’m talking above and beyond. WAY above and beyond. The house I purchased was bank owned and seriously was a pain in the neck to deal with all of their nuances. Sherri went the extra mile and dealt with all the little nitpicky, stupid stuff that was making my head explode. I haven’t purchased a house in Maryland in 25 years. Things were a bit different, but Sherri made my experience extremely positive. I honestly don’t think I would have been able to get this house with any other realtor. I cannot recommend Sherri enough! I’ve also sold 6 properties. So I’ve had a lot of experience with Realtors. I had an excellent realtor in Florida, but I can’t say enough about Sherri. Way above my expectations. I’ve had realtors who just list your house on MLS and expect it to sell itself, I’ve also had realtors when buying who basically let you do all the work for them and they just show you the house and collect a fat check. This is NOT the way Sherri operates. She is pro-active, thorough, and totally on top of things. 10/10 I will recommend her to everyone I know. You should use her, you will not be sorry. I promise!
