Very unprofessional and does not pay sub contractors for work done. My company did the electrical engineering for a condominium project and we were begged by them to do it fast due to what they claimed was their previous electrical engineer ghosting them. Completes the work and they never paid invoice. Contacted them numerous times to settle invoice with no success just excuses why they were un able to pay.
