We moved here in November and love it. Our neighbors are great and we feel very safe. We're not big fans of the the constant construction but understand it's neccessary and not permanent. Overall, we'll be here for years to come.

5 stars for New Park! If looking in East Montgomery, this is a great place to be. It has wonderful landscaping, a beautiful lake, pool with a splashpad and playground. Safe, beautiful and a fun place to live. New Park has truly exceeded my expectations with its thoughtfully designed amenities and vibrant community!

Been living here about a year now and love it so far. Quiet and peaceful with nice neighbors. I wish the pool was a little bigger though, doesn’t take many families showing up before it feels crowded, but that’s a minor nitpick. I love living in New Park! It's very family friendly and peaceful. No heavy traffic and very close to many of the convenient shops in Eastchase. I would love for my activities such as food trucks on certain days and a HOA welcome celebration for new residents. If you're looking for somewhere in near Pike Road without the hustle and bustle of the city, New Park is a great place to live!!
