I am wheelchair bound and we were purchasing a home that needed a full bathroom remodel so that it was fully accessible complete with a roll-in shower and double vanity with one side as a roll under. We were on a super tight time frame because we couldn’t have work started on the new house until we closed and we couldn’t move in until the work was done.

Mike Guess and his team were recommended as honest, fairly priced, did excellent work and could do it quickly. I was told that if anyone could work in our time frame it would be Mike and his team. All of that was an understatement.

The team worked hard and fast and the result is a dream bathroom. We moved in while finishing touches were being done and the men were always quick to accommodate me when they needed to exit the space so I could use the facilities. They were kind, cleaned up at the end of each day, and always kept me posted on their progress.

I highly recommend Mike Guess and New Leaf Construction - 5 stars isn’t enough! Thank you Mike & Jason (his project lead/foreman)! You are THE best!

Mike is absolutely amazing!! Hands down would 10/10 recommend him to anyone! We met Mike when he showed up at the place we were renting to list it for sale. The next week he became our realtor. He had us in our new home before the place we were renting was sold. (I’d guess 30 days or less.) He was very honest with every thing he told us, if he didn’t know, he figured it out and called us back. He communicated very well with my husband and myself. (Email, text, phone.) He had great recommendations along the way, and was even able to help recommend an inspector and helped to connect us with our mortgage lender. Words cannot describe how grateful my family is for Mike! Give him a call, you won’t regret it! We will definitely be passing his name along to ANYONE who needs a realtor!
