This review is for an existing driveway replacement and pouring a new RV pad to the side of an existing garage. Site prep involved extensive excavation and removal of existing tree stumps, bushes, rocks and soil. New Element was very thorough in the bidding process and made recommendations other bidders didn't consider. They also provided a detailed, printed bid describing exactly what would be done and the cost. Once on the job they worked quickly, efficiently and responded to change requests that included regrading the surrounding landscape to provide better drainage and extending the RV pad. The finished product was completed within the time frame agreed to and was very well done. Since completed wet weather has proven the quality of the work as water has ran off concrete as planned leaving no standing water. A great company that does exceptionally great work! Highly recommended.
