As a tenant of Nestwell, I've found their quarterly property evaluations to be a valuable part of their service. I live several hours away from our rental so a property manager is really important for us. Unfortunately I needed a new one while I still had renters in our rental, a situation that wasn't the norm. Nestwell has helped me through every step of the on-boarding. They have been patient and understanding when I have needed extra help. Cristian was especially helpful. I felt very stressed as I began the process of the Landlord Agreements with the utility companies. Cristian knew who to call and stayed patiently waiting and helping me on the phone. She never made me feel anything other than she had whatever time was needed to help me. Her attitude brought my anxiety level way down. I have felt so grateful that I have Nestwell in my corner! I have felt this same kind of attitude from ALL of the Nestwell employees I have worked with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Disturbing is a great way to describe our experience thus far. We have been with Nestwell since Dec. 2023. We have had a turbulent experience. There was a huge hole in the roof of our closet held closed with a piece of drywall and a jack stand. Our front door didn’t even have a deadbolt. After some time they did make corrections to those items. MOLD MOLD MOLD— getting that fixed… it’s been over 30 days we have been fighting for them to correct this and I am highly sensitive to mold (which I’ve said). And last but not least their employee(s) failed to post water and garbage charges to our ledger so finally after a YEAR they realized this and decided to send us an email 15 days before Christmas stating that they are upping our rent $200+ a month starting January because they failed to collect this money for a year and they have to make the landlord whole. I am displeased with Nestwell and it’s unacceptable to keep treating us this way. Please do yourself a favor and read more less favorable reviews to get the full picture. Also see some photos of the beautifully clean house we received upon our move in.

We worked with Cristian and team and they made the process as smooth as possible. I used another property manager previously and I can say without a doubt that Nestwell makes things simple, clear and are always available to help with any hurdles we came across, which was huge for out-of-state owners like us. We needed people who would take the entirety of the responsibility off our plates and had a simple system in place for owners and Nestwell checked all of those boxes.

We have been looking for a new place to live but we’re from out of state and the process is stressful. Katie was able to help us navigate the Utah rental scene and we can’t wait to make Utah our new home. Katie is DEFINITELY who you should connect with if you want someone that actually CARES, she will let you know if there is a property coming up that might fit your needs, she is SO prompt to reply and even if I’m being too much she is nothing but pleasant. When I move here I can’t wait to hangout with Katie, I’m pretty sure we’re already best friends!!!

We recently signed a new lease with Nestwell and have been extremely pleased with the process. We’ve worked with multiple rental companies in the past and have been very impressed with Nestwell’s attentiveness, quick responses and overall kind and supportive nature. We worked with Daniella through the signing process and I would highly recommend her! She made the process very clear and always made herself available to answer any questions we had.

We had a maintenance order taken care of by Jeffery this week and he was awesome! We have two dogs and he was so good with them and we appreciated all his efforts!
